We want to inform you that our place has poor signal The space A simple house with a yard and mango tree in a quiet subdivision by the beach Rooms: A. Room 1: Airconditioned Room with Queen Size Bed. Good for 2-4 pax. B. Room 2: Airconditioned Room with Bunk Bed . Good for 2-4 pax. Common Spaces: Attic Area: With 2 floor mattresses and sofa bed. Good for 2-4 pax. Overall Capacity: 6-8 pax One Comfort Room. Cold Shower. Toiletries such as are provided but if you prefer to bring your own, please do. Cooking: We allow Cooking inside the House but we prefer setting it up outside just beside the house. A full kitchen with rice cooker and BBQ Grill. We do not have WIFI, but can be reachable with cellular data. Please Use the House Slippers provided. Please avoid using outside shoes/slippers inside the house. Garden. We have a mango tree in the garden where guests can freely pick if there are mangoes. Please ask for caretaker assistance on this. This place can be hangout spot. Just bring out the chairs and feel the breze Guest access There is a swimming pool beside our place that is managed by the admin of the subdivision. We cannot assure that you can use it because sometimes they are running maintenance on this. Kindly check on our caretaker to assist you on this. They charge Php 100 per head for adult and Php 50 per head for children Other things to note Don't forget to bring mosquito repellent sprays for you and for your children.
