Modern Two Bedroom Apartment with Warm Hospitality

Having traveled through many countries, my partner and I are very grateful for all of our experiences being hosted guests. After settling into our recent home, we wanted to create a space to host guests of our own. For this purpose, we allocated an entire garden level floor of a house, located in the historic district of Ridgewood, Queens. The new space is set up to comfortably host up to 4 guests in a modern yet cozy environment that strives to feel like a home away from home. The space The serene apartment sits on cute and quiet residential block and has a relaxing vibe. All the water for your drinking, cooking, washing even laundry is thoroughly filtered. A private entrance with a locking keypad allows you to come and go as you like without any worries. Settling in will never be an issue. The space has character and is fully furnished. Most of the furniture and bedding has been recently acquired to deliver a clean and comfortable experience for our guests. The full kitchen has brand new cupboards and appliances. including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer so you won't have to worry about dishes or clean clothes. One bedroom has a full size bed. The other has a queen size bed. The sofa converts into a bed sleeps 2 more. The full bathroom has a shower and a tub. There are 3 split units that provide additional cooling or heating as needed. Cable and WiFi is provided. Guest access The entire garden level floor of the apartment is yours with the exception of the mechanical room and the locked closet, both of which are off limits. Other things to note Occasionally we may need access to water plants and access the mechanical room
