We offer en suite bathroom, WiFi, Smart Tv. Microwave, electric grill, toaster and kettle. Heating and log burner let’s us offer breaks all year round. We can’t accommodate Children and infants. The space BedSheds are a unique space for two!, high ceilings, king-size beds and the luxury by folding doors opening onto lovely country views a great escape to enjoy the tranquil, peace and quiet. There is a breakfast bar with views across the fields, that doubles up as a work space with usb charger points. We offer WiFi smart Tv , heating and a cosy log burner for breaks all year round. There are 2 more Bedsheds if you want to bring friends Our location is ideal for relaxing. We are tucked away down a quiet country lane with a working farm and livestock in the adjoining fields. Please note August month is Harvest time and there is more activity and noise from the tractors combining the fields day and evening time. The sleepy coastal train to Scarborough and York passes by every hour, and wildlife visit throughout the seasons. The Bifold doors have blinds and tinted glass for Privacy. Guest access You will have the reserved Hovingham car parking space throughout your stay with private access to your BedShed For your convenience we offer self check in with a key box which is located next to entrance door. We are happy to welcome One small well behaved dog in the Hovingham, please let me know at booking stage if you are bringing your pet . There is a £35 fee which will be requested through Air&b.
