Relax with the whole family on a 1200 sqm. unique secluded plot. The house is located in the summerhouse area “Gniben Strand” on Sejerø, only 3 minutes walk from the water. There are 6 beds in 2 rooms in the house, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, as well as a large annex with a double bed. There is a bathroom in both the house and the annex, as well as an outdoor bath. The garden consists of several spaces, a separate fireplace, shelter, fruit trees and a large lawn that invites you to relax, have fun and play. Other things to note The rental price is exclusive of electricity, which is charged at DKK 3.50 per kWh. The tenant cleans the place upon departure, however, final cleaning can be purchased for DKK 800. There is a heat pump in the house and the annex, which makes it usable all year round. Wood-fired wilderness bath, which can be used for a fee for water and firewood (feel free to bring your own firewood🌝). Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are to be brought by the tenant. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
