Great location, great layout, in excellent condition. 2nd floor has separate entrance. Parking for 2 cars, off street in the back. If you're looking for a good time and great location, this is it. You can bring 8 people to stay here - please note that there is only 1 bathroom and it has a shower in case that is an issue.
