Eco House on Sinclair

This eco sustainable house is situated in a quiet residential area, with a park directly opposite. Close to the town centre and a short drive to beaches and national parks. The house is north facing with large windows looking out onto a private garden. The separate pavilion which houses the kitchen and dining area can be opened up to create a wonderful indoor/outdoor space. The driveway is a shared space with Sinclair cottage which is situated at the rear of the property. Pet Friendly. The space This fully self-contained house consists of two pavilions joined by a covered outdoor entertaining area. One pavilion consists of a spacious loungeroom, large queen- sized bedroom and bathroom. The second pavilion contains a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A front- loading washing machine is also located in this pavilion. The wall from the kitchen opens up to incorporate the outdoor seating area. Both pavilions are orientated to look onto the private courtyard garden. The driveway is a shared space with the cottage at the rear of the property. The eco house is a pet friendly space and is fully fenced. Other things to note We are pet friendly accommodation. The house is fully fenced and the cottage at the rear of the property has its own fenced pet friendly yard. We ask that you bring your pets own bedding and remember to clean up any droppings before you leave. Pets must not be left unattended to avoid disturbing neighbours with barking. Dog day care is available in Port Lincoln if you are planning any activities where your pet cannot join you.
