Sweet and cosy flat next to historical Rixdorf!

Hello lovely folks I will rent my nice, ligth and clean room in our shared flat. My roommate Fine 33J. is a musican and a very frindly and helpfull person. We have a eat- in kitchen to cook, sit and hang out and a little extra kitchen room where the dishwasher is in. A bathroom with shower and washingmaschine are avaiable.Next to our flat is the beautiful Richardplatz with a lot of nice Cafés, Shops & Restaurants and plenty more things to explore! Enjoy! The space You will have a beautiful clean and modern room for your own! And you are abel to sleep in a nice double bed with fresh sheds also you will geht two fresh towels! I offer a small breakfast with Toast, Marmelade and Kaffee, providing you with the perfect start for the day! I will give you Tipps and recommendations for the lovely neighbourhood and their surroundings! Guest access Feel welcome and confident in your privat room! You can also use the eat- in kitchen and the bathroom! To get into the kitchen with the dishwasher you have to cross the room i rent. So Fine migth knock and ask to go throu your room. During your stay I wont be there, but you can always contact me if you have any questions or problems ! In case of an emergency i can send a friend to help!
