Two gites for 4 and 6 people, near Sarlat, Rocamadour

Our property and its 3 beautiful stone buildings will seduce you immediately. Nestled in a beautiful green space, it overlooks the village of St Cirq Bel Arbre which offers beautiful hikes. We propose to accommodate up to 10 people in our 2 gites and to enjoy the beautiful space that offers the swimming pool and its large meadow all around. Close to Gourdon, Sarlat, Rocamadour, Domme and other magical places in the Lot and Dordogne, your holiday will be a delight. Accommodation not PMR. The space The 2 cottages were born from the renovation of 2 old stone barns full of charm, in a beautiful garden overlooking the lovely village of St Cirq Bel Arbre. Gite de l 'Ane Papillon (6 people): On the ground floor, a large living room, with dining room and American-style kitchen. The bathroom with double sink, wc and walk-in shower is in a corner of the room. Upstairs, 3 beautiful stone bedrooms under the roofs, parquet floor, velux and small toilet and sink. Gite du Petit Olivier: it includes a sitting area, dining area and kitchenette. The bedroom and bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet are right next door) . Its outdoor terrace is just in front of the bay window of the living room, with chairs and garden tables and umbrella. Another covered terrace area in the other building can also allow you to relax quietly . Guest access You will have private access to all the rooms of the vacation rental, and its outdoor terrace, and will only share the parking with us. The pool, and the large meadow all around, will be for you only. Games are at your disposal: badminton racquets, pétanque balls, scrabble, pencils and drawing books, board games...and full of books, comic for all ages. Other things to note As owners, we live on site, in the last house at the bottom of the property. Each building is independent and without vis-à-vis. We are available to welcome you, discuss, inform you, but not to monitor you, nor annoy you.:) We are a couple in our 50s, cool, friendly, honest, honest, and respectful couple.
