Lovely private room in a 3 bed and 2.5 bath house. Please keep in mind that all bedrooms are on the second floor so you will have to use stairs. Please note that the bathroom might be shared if the other room is rented out. Our home is a perfect place if you need to work, study or if you would like to kick back and relax. Please note that we have 2 boxers living in the house so if you have fear of dogs or allergies than this room might not be for you. The space Welcome to the beautiful San Fernando Valley! Our Arleta home is centrally located for business travelers, or tourists visiting friends/family in the San Fernando Valley. Home is recently remodeled, new paint, brand new flooring, new kitchen appliances. Bedroom is spacious, clean and comfortably furnished with brand new memory foam mattress. Feel free to use the fully stocked kitchen including cookware and dinnerware. Also comfortable work area with desk, lamp and with ergonomic chair. We are located: 15 min (12 miles) from Warner Bros., 13 min (10 miles) from Universal Studios, 17 min (13 miles) from Walk of Fame, 20 min (16 miles) from Six Flags Magic Mountain, 25 min (22 miles) from Santa Monica, 35 min (25 miles) from LAX, 8 min (10 Miles) from Bob Hope Airport. Guest access Guests will have access to backyard, living room, dining room, kitchen and all of the appliances in the kitchen. The washer and dryer is not included. During your stay We welcome casual chat here and there but if you need your privacy it is not a problem, we will give you your space. Other things to note Please note that we have an infant child and two boxers living in the house so if you have fear of dogs or allergies than this room might not be for you.
