Just a stones throw from Agnes Water, Sea Eagle is a peaceful and relaxing beach retreat situated in the privately gated estate of Rocky Point. After completing a renovation in December 2022 we are opening up our loved holiday home again for those seeking a unique and relaxing holiday. Wake up to spectacular views or wander down to private Honeymoon Bay Beach. With access to the Great Barrier Reef and surrounded by National Parks, Sea Eagle is perfect for family getaways and friends. The space Sea Eagle is our own private beach house split over 2 levels. and also includes 2 private bungalows a short stroll away from the main house. The ground floor consists of a relaxing lounge area, master bedroom with ensuite overlooking the deck and a larger bedroom with a queen and 2 king single beds and ensuite bathroom. A laundry is also located on this level. All rooms in the main house have ceiling fans to take advantage of the beautiful sea breeze and the 2 bungalows have both ceiling fans and air conditioning. The upper level boasts spectacular views and contains the dining, kitchen and main lounge areas all opening onto the upper deck with BBQ and outdoor dining. Experience indoor/outdoor living at its best with floor to ceiling glass windows to take in the view. A short stroll through the garden brings you to our 2 private bungalows, each with queen bed and ensuite. Freshen up after a swim with hot/cold outdoor showers at each bungalow. Pool, tennis court and BBQ facilities are available to those staying at Rocky Point and are located a short walk down the hill overlooking Honeymoon Bay. Guest access Sea Eagle and the Rocky Point estate are located 6 kms from Agnes Water and a short 1 hr 20 min drive north of Bundaberg. In Agnes you will find a fantastic Foodworks, speciality shops and some great places to eat. The Town of 1770 is a short drive from Agnes Water and its here you will be able to access some fantastic activities on the water, including trips out onto the reef. We will have plenty of information at the house and Kellie is also a wealth of information on the local area. Other things to note Keep a look out for the wonderful wildlife we have at Rocky Point. You are likely to see Wallabies, goannas, turtles and whales if you are here at the right time. We also have some wonderful walking tracks along the coast for you to explore.
