You'll be able to watch both the sunrise and sunset directly from Smiths Point - year round. You have direct private (we own) river access and we provide plenty of toys for your use - kayaks, peddle boat, SUP and fishing poles. Truly a very special place and extraordinary for the Hudson Valley. There truly is no other rental like it for miles. Also, if you would like a private chef, please inquire about availability and pricing. Currently there are both brunch and dinner options available (subject to change). Super close to Hunter (30 mins) great for skiing & snowboarding. Guest access 4-digit entry code will be provided day of arrival. You'll have exclusive access to Smiths Point - which includes upper and lower decks both suspended OVER the Hudson River. It includes your own hot tub, hot sauna & steam shower - all in a very private setting. You have your own set of stairs that lead directly to the Hudson river. You have access to all exterior grounds & gazebo. Seasonally (approximately April-November) we have a dock and you will also have access to that to fish, swim or just hang your feet in the water. Other things to note We live next door. We also have three wonderful dogs - Teddy., Tucker & Charlie who are super friendly and love people and other dogs.
