The space La Foleia, which accommodates 4 guests per villa, is a folly first imagined and then realized with art, courage, and determination. Invented by an oak forest, with the help of a dowser, it has become a 4,000-square-meter circle of water fed by its natural source, the Ticino River. Above the pond are two natural rock pools where you can swim with a view. They are heated in winter. In spring, frogs come to mate in the waters of the lake, and the sound of their voices fills the enchanted nights. As the days go by, the water lilies bloom with their pink flowers and the body of water becomes amazing, with the "boccaloni" fish jumping on the water to hunt, the dragonflies filling the air, and the mallards forming families, with the ducklings swimming among the plants. In the evening, you can sometimes see herons perching on the lake to fish and rest. Outside, less than 10 minutes away, the social life of Lake Maggiore is in full swing.
