A beautiful spacious room in an old building apartment (about 90 m²) in the countryside and yet centrally located for rent. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and consists of: a guest room (about 14 m²), entrance area, kitchen (fully equipped), bathroom with bathtub, very large living room, a large balcony and my room. By tram to the city it is 7 minutes (tram stop Sulgenau, Wander or Schönegg), by bike 10 minutes and on foot about 20 minutes. The space The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.
