Only 1 person in room. No animals of any type allowed in the house due to health reasons. Private spacy room with good WI-FI, New refrigerator, Microwave, comfortable full-size bed and a T.V and its own mini split AC.. Room is located in the garage. It is a great space for someone looking for peace and quiet. There are no windows in room. The space This house has long term guests and other airbnb guests. Guest access You have access to the front patio, The Kitchen and dining table and the Living Room. During your stay I usually say Hi at least 1 time and let you know you can txt me up till 1030 at night with any concerns or problems. Other things to note Room is for only 1 person and there is no vaping or smoking in the room.
