The suite has been modernised but lovingly restored. It still possesses all the charm of a turn-of-the-century residence. Situated directly across from historic St. Luke's Church (1904) and at the rear, Crescent Arts Centre. A lively hub for arts and cultural events. The space Guests have access to the entire two upper floors of the duplex. The second floor balcony is ideal for morning coffee and afternoon BBQ’s. ( BBQ provided). The third floor bedroom has a balcony for sunning or reading your favourite book. In addition, guests may use the lower fenced-in rear court yard. (This area is a shared space with sufficient separation to allow for privacy). Guest access The apartment is the upper two floors of a duplex and each unit is self contained. Both apartments have their own two private entrances. Other things to note Self check - in with lockbox. **Minimum stay is 30 days or more**
