A comfortable fully self contained 1 bedroom cottage on acreage with expansive views across rolling farmland. With an enclosed yard, it's Pet friendly for well behaved pets. Note: Pets should not be left unattended inside. The Cottage has a fully equiped kitchen with large Fridge, Electric Oven, Microwave and Coffee Machine. HDTV & Wifi included. Outside, there's an undercover Gas BBQ. Guest access The Cottage has an attached Garage that is not part of the rental space and is not accessible to guests during their stay. The owner may require access to the garage from time to time during your stay but will ensure to minimise any disturbance to guests. Other things to note Pets are very welcome - however they must be well behaved, socialised and must not be left inside unattended. The inside space is suitable for 2 small dogs or 1 medium to large dog. 2 medium to large dogs is by request only and at the discretion of the host. We expect you to clean up after your pet and have provided poo-bags for this purpose. We have a friendly family dog on-site who loves to interact through the fence with any visiting dogs.
