Welcome to Sunny Hill Road ! We are located in a small community of private homes in an open space overlooking the mountains. This one bedroom unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Catskills. Relax on the private deck or inside with amazing views from every window. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cook a full meal and then enjoy it in the dining room overlooking the mountains. It is quiet and restful here, amazingly beautiful in all four seasons! The space *Catskill Mountain views from every window, open concept floorplan with hardwood floors throughout. *Well maintained /deep cleaned and sanitized for each guest’s arrival, including fresh white bed linens, down duvet, towels and robes for use during your stay. *Fast WIFI access throughout the home. *50-inch Samsung Smart TV *Bose Bluetooth portable speaker. *Private parking and entrance in the back to easily unload your belongings. *Peaceful and open 2-acre backyard with a partial wild wetland area attracting all types of birds and wildlife. *Kitchen is fully outfitted with new stainless-steel refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher with a large solid wood island for food preparation. ***Also provided are a Keurig coffee machine with pods to get you started, a French press, coffee grinder, many spices, tea, sweeteners, olive oil, paper towels, dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, dish towels, oven mitts and bakeware. *Comfortable living space with a beautiful mix of antique and modern furnishings. Fresh throw blankets to cuddle up with. *Dedicated office/workspace. *Laundry washer/dryer located inside unit. *Create cozy evening mood with dimmable lighting, candles and music. *Grassy garden area with outdoor lighting, Adirondack chairs and a firepit looking out to the mountains. Guest access The main entrance is in the rear of the home with stairs leading to the backdoor. There is a secondary entrance in the front that can be accessed by anyone who is unable to use stairs. Please let me know if you have accessibility issues and I will provide a key to the front and further instructions. Other things to note The house has several live indoor plants that I would briefly need to attend to if your stay is longer than 3 days. Please keep this in mind if you have any allergies to indoor plants. Fire pit and charcoal grill are both available for use, please just bring charcoal and/or firewood bundles if you are interested in using either.
