Colorful family villa, central location

Ski shooting arena, Jamtli, cross-country tracks, bathhouses, city center, grocery stores, shopping malls, campus, Storsjön, the bathhouse park, surf bay EVERYTHING is within 20 min walking distance. And for the family with children there is a huge playground 1 min away from the house. Storsjöcupens area is also close with good bus connections to and from. Welcome! The space It is a house with a large common area where the kitchen and living room are located. The house has three bedrooms, each of one has a double bed of 180 cm. One has is a built up bunk bed of 120 cm. And in the last there is a 105 cm bed but also a floor mattress of 90 cm is available. Two toilets, one of which is with a bathtub and shower. The garden has a porch with table and chairs, and a sunbed. There is trampoline and playground for kids and a lot of berry bushes. Quiet and calm neighborhood. Guest access You have access to everything except our storage room. But if you need to set up equipment (skis or the like), you can of course borrow it.
