Heat good down to around 30 degrees, wall heater in Bath/Gas heater in Living Room The space Spacious 1000 sq feet loft style living, has built in bookshelves offering a small but private sleeping space with queen bed. Cozy glass door Danish wood stove in living room and private deck off living room for outdoor spot for coffee in morning or glass of wine in afternoon/evening. Also, has washer/dryer and multiple smart TVs and dedicated high speed WiFi with built in desk in case work interferes with your mountain getaway. Just added 2 zone mini-split heat/unit system. Heat good down to around 30 degrees, supplementary wall heater in Bath/Gas heater in Living Room. Guest access Guests have total private use of original shop. There is additional shop space attached but, not currently being used. On the split lowest level, there is a small living unit, not a rental..I use it when in town and main Airbnb is booked. No shared walls, very quiet. NO PARTIES, ONLY 1 CAR ALLOWED UNLESS MAKE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS...NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY Other things to note There are 4 steps up from garage to loft. No Parties or events allowed, quiet local neighborhood and will be an issue and subject to immediate removal.
