Quaint carriage house.
You’ll think you are in the country when you arrive at our peaceful 10 acre property right in Muncie. Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is a quaint, rustic cabin like space with private outdoor area. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants. The carriage house has a lodge feel and includes a pool table. It has a private deck where you can sit and drink your morning coffee and enjoy nature. There are times you may see deer grazing in the yard. There is also a outdoor seating area behind the carriage house for you to use. The Carriage house sets on 10 acres and you are welcome to enjoy nature from the back deck, use the space behind the building, and walk around the property. There is more land on the west side of the building that you can get to by going north toward the creek and turing left or walking around the silos. We have a very friendly dog who may want to greet you if you are out and about. We live next door to the carriage house but will stay out of your way. If you need something feel free to contact Bill at (765) 749-0692 or Robin at (765)740-0750. We have a friendly dog on the property who may want to say hi if he’s outside. Five minutes from Ball State University, IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, Veteran Affairs CBOC, Concannons, Walmart, Lowes and around 10-15 minutes to downtown, Elm Street Brewing, North Church Venue, Muncie Civic Theater, Minnetrista, Cardinal Greenway, Muncie Children's Museum, David Owsley Museum of Art, Tonne Winery, Emens Auditorium, Escapades Family Fun Center. Prairie Creek Reservoir and National Model Aviation Museum are 20-30 away.
