THE SPACE Very bright accommodation, consisting of a large living room of 63 m² with its mezzanine, three comfortable bedrooms with storage, one with a double bed in the mezzanine, one with a queen size double bed and one with a bench that can be converted into a queen size bed (very comfortable mattress and bed base). A bathroom and separate toilet complete the ground floor. Upstairs, master suite with queen size bed, dressing room, bathroom and separate toilet. OUTSIDE You have access to a large garden of 2000 m2 and 3 sunny terrace areas around the house, an above-ground swimming pool heated to 28°C, will allow you to spend pleasant moments in peace, surrounded by vineyards and very close to the city. Guest access The accommodation is set back from the street with its private parking area. Other things to note Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. We have a cat named Smoothie who lives in total autonomy (automatic water and kibble dispenser). She is very independent, sometimes playful but never aggressive. For your peace of mind at night, she will sleep in the laundry room, you just have to remember to fill a bowl of water and a bowl of kibble and close the door. During the day she is used to having free access to the house, but really she lives her life and stays mostly outside if it doesn't rain. Please take care of her by just respecting her presence.
