Located about 20 minutes to everything...Gainesville square for lunch and shopping, Dawsonville Outlet Mall, Golf courses, or Dahlonega for hiking, shopping and wine tasting. Guest access There is room to park 2 cars end to end and private entrance to apartment. This property does not have a dock but lake access for swimming or putting in kayaks. We have 2 single kayaks and adult life vests for guests to use. We are also close to 2 public boat ramps.
