Located in the Piedmont neighborhood of Portland, this is a basement unit with plenty of space to make you feel right at home. Equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry units. One large bedroom with a Queen size bed, closet, and sitting area. One smaller bedroom with a Queen bed, and closet. The unit has AC and Heat (shared & controlled by hosts upstairs), along with additional cadet wall heaters in each bedroom. We hope you’ll stay and make yourself comfortable! The space Upon request, we do have an air mattress setup and extra bedding available for guests. It will be left in the unit upon arrival for your setup and use. Other things to note Please note that this is an older home, and as such may be subject to noise transfer between units. We always do our best to be mindful of noise levels upstairs and hope you’ll let us know if there are any issues. This unit has central air for heating and cooling, which unfortunately means it is shared with and controlled by the hosts upstairs. We do our best to keep both spaces reasonably comfortable, and are always open to help troubleshoot and adjust settings as needed. We also are home to a very sweet (and LARGE) pitbull puppy named Ziggy, who you may see or hear on occasion. While he can be vocal at times, he’s not much of a barker and he adores people! He will only ever be allowed out front on leash with one of us, or out back to run and play, so there should be no unwanted encounters for guests during your stay.
