You have everything you need in the kitchen, your private bathroom, a smart TV, a dining area, and a work desk. The terrace is shared. You can enjoy it at any time, respecting the quiet hours. We have plenty of parking space on the street, right outside the facilities. WASHER AND DRYER We have a SHARED washing machine and dryer with a schedule from 9 am to 7 pm, to minimize noise at night. You can also find a laundry mat 3 blocks away. More details in the manual. Other things to note We are on the third floor, be careful when climbing stairs and on the railings.
