"H17" - From October 2021, we will rent a very modern 85 sqm apartment in our newly built solid wood house, which blends harmoniously into the beautiful nature with a stylish shingle facade. Traditional elements are integrated into a modern design language, natural and local materials create coziness, and the high-quality furnishings give you the good feeling of being "at home." The space The apartment is located between Sonthofen and Oberstdorf in the small village of Hinang. A fantastic mountain view of the Alps awaits you. Our apartment allows 85 square meters of space to stretch out all "five." The fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area with corner bench invite you to cook together. A bathroom and a separate shower toilet complete the high level of comfort. The large west balcony with glass railing and the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows guarantee the best views at any time of the day. - Free WIFI - Smart TV in the living room and bedrooms - fully equipped kitchen - High-quality bathroom amenities with Raindance showerhead - Fully integrated Aquaclean toilet - Individual carpentry work - Harmonious lighting - Natural materials such as ash real wood parquet, solid wood walls made of local silver fir. - Box-spring beds (180 x 200 cm) - Family-friendly, quiet, sunny residential area A crib with bed linen and a high chair can be provided on request for a one-time fee of €10. Drinks such as water, organic fruit juices, Radler, beer as well as red and white wine are also available for a fee. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance with intercom. Parking is available right by the house. A basement compartment offers additional space for ski and hiking boots as well as other equipment. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for a small fee. Other things to note For our bike-loving guests, we have high-quality mountain e-bikes. These can be reserved separately for booking via our contact details by day or for the entire stay. (Price on request) A tourist tax of €3.50 per person aged 16 and over or €2.25 per person aged 6-15 per night is also due upon arrival. The Allgäu-Walser-Card is available to you during your stay, which allows many discounts here in the region. During the Christmas holidays, as well as during the holiday months, we have a minimum stay of 7 nights - shorter stays as well as weekend bookings are available on request. In our house there is also a 100 sqm apartment, which is also described and bookable on Airbnb.
