Close to the SECC (15 mins) , Glasgow airport (20 mins) and the city centre ( 10 mins) , in a quiet neighbourhood , our apartment has been tastefully decorated to reflect style and comfort . We live in the property below so will be on hand most of the time. Dependant on our availability we may be able to offer airport pick up. The property also has a sofa bed in the living room , providing two sleeping areas. The space This traditional apartment is self contained and benefits from its own entrance. Beautifully decorated and furnished this spacious one bedroom apartment is centrally located for all that Glasgow has to offer. The spacious lounge has two comfortable settees (one also acts as a sofa bed providing two separate sleeping areas), together with a television and fireplace, the shutters on the bay windows make for a cosy feel. There is a fully equipped kitchen which leads to a separate dining area which can also be used as a home office. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a premium mattress aiding a peaceful nights sleep and bathroom benefits from both a bath and a shower above. Parking is available for one vehicle on the properties private driveway. Guest access This property benefits from its own private entrance . Other things to note PET ALLERGIES: If you have a severe allergy to pets we would recommend that you do not stay here as we have a dog and a cat so although we are very thorough with our cleaning regime , we feel that it’s better to be safe than sorry . STRICTLY NO PARTIES or EXCESSIVE NOISE : This is a quiet and friendly residential area so we would ask you to be respectful of our neighbours and the community . LAUNDRY : There is a washing machine in the kitchen and a drying rack on the radiators .
