Quaint Historical home directly on the river with direct river views from almost every room . House is walking distance from all restaurants The Play House , Oddets etc. Only house in the river in down town new hope with park like setting privacy and unparalleled river views . Three bedrooms upstairs, 1 open Bedroom downstairs with twin pullout bed and separate sitting area . Other things to note 1- PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOW. Town policies are strict and enforced. 2- No outside visitors allow and no more than 4 cars in house driveway. 3- SMOKING PROHIBITED IN PROPERTY 4-For environmental reasons , We provided a basic set of towels for our guests. There’s a washer and dryer in home guests can use . 5- Wash clothes we don’t offer. 6- Towel paper and paper toilet we provide at checkin time but we don’t supply more after guests arrived. 7-Basic set of cookware in kitchen.
