Each bedroom features a queen-size and full-size bed, along with ample closet space. The two bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. The bright and airy living room has large windows, a cozy sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dedicated desk for work or planning your day. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator—plus a dining table that seats four. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs. 🅿️ Please note: Only one permitted parking spot is available. A second car may be parked on the street, where parking is consistently available. Guest access 🚗 Parking Information: Only one car is allowed in the None -reserves residential parking. If you have a second vehicle, it must be parked on the street, not in the parking lot in front of the building. Street parking is free, and we will provide a parking sticker. Please ensure you park in non-reserved areas only. 🚪 Entry & Access: There are a few steps to enter the building, followed by approximately 8 steps to reach the apartment on the second floor. The front door is equipped with a smart lock—you’ll receive your personalized access code prior to check-in for a smooth arrival.
