Neighborhood Overview IMPORTANT: This home is strictly for quiet groups, not suitable for family loud family gatherings or group celebrations; families with very active children must not book since our walls are thin and are neighbors are very sensitive to noise. CountrySide in Sterling VA is a quiet, tree-lined and family-oriented community. Our very favorite thing, though, is also its best kept secret - HorsePen Run Wetland Nature Preserve. This 370 acres of protected land is for CountrySide residents’ and guests` enjoyment. Located roughly behind some of the nearby schools, the preserve is a true nature sanctuary, with 12 different trails of varying lengths. Outside of CountrySide, you`ll find all the amenities and attractions necessary for a great trip, like grocery stores, movie theaters, shopping, and dining. And of course, DC is just minutes away. Guest access Guests have access to the entire townhome. Other things to note This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $150, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).
