In the Armorica Natural Park, the Cap-Morgat residence is built around an old fort and equipped with a heated swimming pool. The site is spectacular and offers stunning sea views. For hikers, the apartment is on the GR 34 route. Please note: the pool is open and heated from early June to late September. The space The garden-level apartment allows direct access to the beach. Refurbished in 2021, it offers comfort, brightness and charm. On an area of 37 m2, with a terrace of 13 m2 facing southwest, the apartment consists of: - 1 entrance - 1 living room with two 80 x 190 sofa benches. One of them juxtaposed with a 70 x 190 retractable bed to obtain a 150 x 190 bed, with direct access to the terrace. The latter, very sheltered, offers the possibility to live outdoors. - 1 fully equipped open kitchen: Dishwasher, fridge, induction stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils... - 1 bedroom with 140*190 bed, desk and storage. Very bright with two openings facing the sea. - 1 bathroom with bath tub -1 separate WC The apartment is very functional and has plenty of storage: wardrobes, dressers, cupboards... The apartment is not up to PRM standards. Guest access A free and numbered parking space will be available. Shops and amenities are a 5-minute walk away. You will be ideally located to discover the peninsula on foot, by bike, kayak, paddle, boat... Don't miss: discovering the coastline with its sea caves! Other things to note Cleaning: - We will welcome you to a home cleaned according to the health standards in effect. Beds will be made on arrival. The cleaning fee is included in the price of the reservation. At the end of your stay, we will simply ask you to clean the kitchen, empty the garbage cans and place the duvet covers and pillowcases in the bathroom. - A laundry room is available in the residence with purchase of units. Notes: - The pool is uncovered and heated. It overlooks the beach with stunning sea views. It is open from June to September.
