This Beautiful waterfront property is perfect for a nice relaxing stay. It is located only 40 minutes from Gros Morne National Park, and only 20 minutes from Marble Mountain ski resort. This property is located on the Humber River with a backyard perfect for campfires or sitting down by the water relaxing enjoying the sunrise or sunset. We are only a 7 minute drive from the airport with a grocery/convenience store within walking distance of the property. The space Clean and cozy riverside house with 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 queen beds that sleeps a total of 6 guests! This house has a main sitting area that has a beautiful view looking out over the river, and a second living room that is perfect for your entertainment needs such as Bell fiber optic high speed internet, TV channels, Netflix, board games, and an old-school Super Nintendo! The back yard has a deck off the sitting room with a BBQ and a picnic table. Also you can enjoy having a fire on a calm night in the peaceful backyard! Enjoy your coffee and the view of the Humber River at the back of the property. This prime location is amazing for the winter months as well, its location is great for the snowmobile season as the frozen river leads directly to the NL groom trails! This home is situated in a well-established peaceful neighbourhood, and is very close to Humber River Walking Trail, playground, baseball diamond, soccer field, and public beach access. Please note this property has an attached 2 bedroom unit that shares that backyard spaces. For best privacy inside the home, the kitchen area has a bedroom on the attached apt that we respectfully ask you to limit the noise in that area. Especially after 10pm.
