When I bought my home, this space was empty and I had lofty visions of a modern space where my guests could be comfortable while enjoying Santa Monica. Over the past 3 years, I've worked with a designer and contractor to convert the space into a modernized studio. I live in adjacent unit and will be present at the property during your stay.
