Other things to note Every other Wednesday our gardener comes mid morning. Don't be alarmed if you see him and his wife working around the yard or parking their truck in the driveway. You may also see the hosts briefly stop by to set the garbage out or test the chemicals in the hot tub during your stay. Please note the spa is an amenity we do not charge for - we offer it as a bonus to our guests free-of-charge. If anything should happen to it during your stay, we will do everything we can to fix it in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee the spa, and there are no refunds on issues related to the spa. Due to the nature of hosting back to back guests and the rental being a single unit, we can not accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This is a firm rule and allows our house cleaner to dedicate the full time required to prepare the space. If you're flying in early, please consider renting the night before as well. This is a suite with a shared wall. There will not be guests staying in the neighboring unit however our cleaner could be present close to check in if they are finishing up laundry. The interior of the home is not shared in anyway as it’s much like a hotel room, only better because there is only one wall that is shared. Guests who book who are sensitive to noises should be aware that one side of the property is next to a busy road. We provide noise machines in bedrooms.
