The blinds let the light in without obscuring its shape. ▪ Small but fully equipped bathroom with a shower and toiletries included. ▪ Balcony with exclusive access to the rooftop terrace: Climbing an exterior staircase, you'll reach your own little corner high above. It has a table for 4, an awning to protect you from the sun, and lights to enjoy it even at night. A gem! ▪ Separate, elongated kitchen, modern and fully equipped with appliances, a washer-dryer, and a table for 2. ▪ Bedroom with a 1.50 m double bed. ▪ Double sofa bed in the living room. See conditions if there are more than two people. It is a warm and cosy space that is used and orientated to provide the best stay for the guest. Guest access 🚪 Access and services: Private access to the entire property. Bed linens, towels, and soap included. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home. Split air conditioning with a hot/cold pump in the living room. There is no radiator heating. Hot water via electric heater. 🔒 Security camera at the entrance to the building, on the stairs leading to the first floor. Other things to note ⚠️ Important information: 🧗‍♂️ There is no elevator. Access is via several flights of narrow stairs (50 cm wide).
