Cottage with beautiful view on Bungenäs

Welcome to our house in scenic, car-free and quiet Bungenäs. An oasis for recovery among pines, limestone and with sea views. The main house with a living area of 63 sqm consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a built-in sofa of about five meters, a stove and a kitchen and kitchen table. The 15 sqm shed is a perfect little bedroom for those who want to be at a small distance from the others. The space Our simple and energetic house is designed to maximize the morning and evening sun and of course offer both shade and sun during the sunniest hours of the day. To this is added the magical sea view through the pine forest. Once you have gone down the short staircase, passed the cold wall and taken a few steps on the limestone tile, you will be greeted by a nice line of sight through the house and on the back of the pine forest. In the narrow, short hallway there is a built-in clothes storage, to the left you have the "master bedroom". There you will find a 160 cm bed and additional clothes storage. In the hallway from the bedroom to the living room is the utility room, which includes a washing machine, and bathroom with shower and toilet. Once in the living room, the main house's second bedroom is directly to the right, a cozy room completely in plywood with a 140 bed. In the living room/kitchen there is the long sofa, the stove and also exit to the breakfast corner as well as two double glass doors to the deck. The deck consists of two parts; one that surrounds the main house and then a staircase down to the bit that goes around the "friggen". The guest house has its own lockable entrance and a 160 cm bed as well as a toilet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and its spaces. The area is car-free. Guests park the car at the guest parking about 500 meters from the house. Bicycles are available to borrow. Other things to note A long, beautiful stone beach and a jetty to jump from is 650 meters from the house. About 2 km from the house is Bungeviken, a shallow sandy beach, perfect for families with children. During the summer, there is also the restaurant/bar Kalkladan, the restaurant/hotel Matsalen and the café/bar Nyströms. High chair and travel bed for children are available to borrow.
