Seaside Retreat is a brand new home located only a street from the beach in the trendy coastal town of Kingscliff. This beautiful family home features a stunning natural colour palette, open plan living and a private backyard to enjoy the sea breeze or let the kids run. Wander down the beach out the front for world class surf or a refreshing swim or jump on the bikes and ride into Kingscliff or Cabarita to enjoy the amazing food and boutique shopping we have available. The space Enjoy a warm outdoor monsoon shower as you come back from the beach then step inside to our relaxed single level home. Situated at the front of the house is a private master bedroom with a walk in robe and ensuite. As you walk along the passage there are three additional bedrooms (two queen beds and two single bunk beds) with built in robes and the main bathroom. The passage opens up to the open plan living kitchen and dining area which has a 7m stacker door out to the backyard where you can sit and enjoy a drink or watch the kids play. This home is perfect for a family with young children as it is all one level and cots highchairs and toys are all available. Cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen on stunning polished concrete benchtops or relaxed and unwind with some Netflix on the couch.
