This listing is very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable. The room is a private room with a single sized bed perfect for a single guest. Guest(s) will share the bathroom with other guests . Guests are welcome to make themselves at home. They can use the kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kitchen table, utensils, dishes and silverware. Guests may also use the washer and dryer. We also offer Puronics alkaline water to all our guests. Guests are welcome to use kitchen and dining room area. There is a shelf in the refrigerator that is allotted for guests. I am available to guests at all times if there is a question or concern. My place is close to airport, malls, various grocery stores, movie theaters and restaurants. Please use street parking.
