The Green Door sits on a corner lot in a family-friendly neighborhood just a couple minutes from the town center of Brownwood, Texas. Thank you for your trust. We hope to host you soon!** Our fabulous Green Door is situated on a beautiful corner lot, and located in a sweet, small-town neighborhood. It is a newly redesigned space and curated to host our cherished guests. We do not keep personal belongings here, so our biggest hope is that you feel this is YOUR home away from home. We've taken care to see that each room has unique details that make you feel welcome & valued, and in some cases inspired! The photograph featured in the kitchen was taken by a professional photographer. We adore his work, and if you'd like to see more of his photographs or have a print for yourself, we'd be happy to connect you. There are also monogrammed cotton robes hanging in both bedrooms, along with monogrammed pillow cases made specially for this cute home. Each of the two bedrooms have nice closet space and full length mirrors to help you feel right at home. The twin bedroom is perfect for children or friends to share. The front bedroom has a very comfortable king size mattress. All of the beds have hotel grade 850+ thread count sheets, and monogrammed "The Green Door" pillowcases. The full bath was completely renovated and boasts a new cast iron tub with shower, toilet, and pedestal sink. You will find basic toiletries in the linen closet above the laundry hamper. Relax in our front living room. It has been stylishly decorated and is a very comfortable place to spend time reading or visiting. Connect your phone to the portable, bluetooth Marshall speaker so you can play your favorite music from your phone or computer. Watch or stream your favorite shows, films, or sports on the brand new Smart TV. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary culinary tools, and has a breakfast table to sip your morning coffee or tea. There is a Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and tea pods (decaf and caffeine available). There will also be fresh fruit and bottles of water upon your arrival, and perhaps some other special surprises. The windows throughout the house let in lovely light during the day, and are fitted with custom shutters that block out light and noise for a restful night's sleep. The backyard has a wood privacy fence along one side, a generous lawn with flagstone pathway. The laundry house is connected to the carport and features a washer and dryer. The patio furniture is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. This is a NON SMOKING residence. Any smoke smell in the home will result in a large additional fee on top of the cleaning fee. No cigarette butts on the ground please. We've really tried to think of everything to help make your stay the best it can be, and we welcome any direct feedback. Guest access There is a key_pad on the front door that guests can use with their own private access code. The code is changed with EVERY guest. The back yard is fenced, so access is through the front door.
