Hello, We will be happy to welcome you in our apartment! We leave some weekends and holidays to see friends and family, and we want the apartment to be used in those moments also for the curious who want to discover the region! You may have our fluffy Tigray cat to keep you company☺️. No party on site; family building. The space This NON-SMOKING apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a small, quiet residence. It consists of an entrance hallway with a large double closet for storage and wardrobe, and a bench that makes shoes furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils...). There is a washer and bath in the bathroom, as well as a large closet, and linens and bath towels are provided! Two bedrooms are available, one of which is composed of a bench to open, to make a double bed. Both beds are 160*200. One of the two bedrooms has a large double wardrobe with wardrobe. Suitable for children and family, having tested it with friends and young children: but be careful, plants and vases at hand! This apartment is not suitable for animals, nor for parties: family and quiet environment to be respected in the building. I sometimes leave my cat who is used to seeing the world. Last point: the staircase in the middle of the living room leads to our bedroom on the mezzanine, which will be the only room not accessible. Thanks for understanding!
