Ideally located, 10 minutes from Aix les Bains and Chambéry and 25 minutes from the first mountains. Multiple walks to do on foot, by bike. Access to the highway in 5 minutes and amenities very close. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house with a separate entrance. Two parking spaces are reserved for you. Warm and pleasant in winter and cool and relaxing in summer. Linens and towels included. The sofa bed is not usable.
