Brand new home centrally-located to everything. Private bedroom /bathroom, Extremely comfortable queen size bed with memory gel topper. Kitchenette with microwave, oven/airfryer/ toaster oven, Keurig, refrigerator/freezer. Bathroom has large granite counter top, cast iron tub, tiled walls and floors. Bedroom includes 43 inch TV, kitchenette is supplied with plates, cups, plastic ware, coffee/ creamer and all supplies needed. Bathroom is furnished with towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer The space We have worked very hard to provide a clean, safe environment while using a natural cleaning product that avoids harsh chemicals. Our airbnb is cleaned with products from the Melaleuca Wellness Company. These products are made using natural ingredients to include essential oils and are safe for our health and environment. We use these products for all our cleaning supplies and to wash our bed sheets, blankets. towels , washcloths and hand towels. We do have one plug-in that is located in the bathroom but it is also an all natural Melaleuca product as well. We feel clean does not mean items should have that strong perfume smell. For us, clean means fresh without harmful chemicals! We do not book guests that live within a 25 mile radius of the Temple /Belton area. We may consider accepting guests within these locations only with prior approval. Be sure to let us know if this applies to you. CAMERAS: We have a good security system that consists of cameras in different areas. We feel it very important for our guests to be totally comfortable and safe while staying as our guests. Our neighborhood is very safe but we do like to have that extra security. We are totally up front with our cameras and want our guests to be aware of where our cameras are located. Above the garage, front door, our living space and entry way. There are absolutely NO cameras or recording devices in the airbnb bedrooms or bathrooms. The cameras/recording device runs 24/7 WE OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR STAYS OVER ONE MONTH! Our guests range from Interns at Baylor Scott & White Hospital, Students and families at the University of Mary-Hardin, guests visiting the VA Hospital, Fort Hood and those passing through to visit the Silos in Waco, or making a quick trip to do a show at the Expo Center. We are fortunate enough to be in a location that is close to everything including the town Mall, food, clothing stores, lakes and parks. Our town is centrally located to many exciting areas with only a short drive to explore much of what Texas has to offer. Guest access QUIET HOURS: We have quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. We ask you to turn the tv down to a lower volume in order for those who need to get up early. In order to make the check in process as simple as possible, we ask that our guest provide us with a four digit door code of their choice. We must receive this code at least one day prior to check in, in order for you to have access to the home. We have a very good security home system and camera/ recording device outside our home, inside entry way, garage and front porch and our living space only. These devices are recording 24/7 . Our guests rooms/bathrooms are totally free of any and all camera/recording devices. For our guest, we provide waters & goodies to welcome you to our home and just in case you arrive thirsty or hungry. We do not provide these items throughout your whole stay. We give our guests their own space with most of their needs right in their own guest area. We try and separate our living area with our airbnb area. In doing this, we have provided a kitchenette for our guests that include much of what you need for a long stay. If laundry services are needed, I can provide you with an excellent pick up/drop off laundry service. It is usually same day service and very reasonable in price as well as convenient. Please let me know if this service is needed, or we can refer you to a very safe laundromat. During your stay GUEST ROOM LOCATION: Our guest room is located on the opposite side of the house from our room. It is important for us to make you feel at home, yet provide you with as much privacy as necessary. We are always available with information about area activities, eating establishment and things to do near and around the Temple area. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call or message us Other things to note ** THINGS TO KNOW AT CHECK OUT & OUR HOUSE RULES *** SMOKING: Due to allergies, we request that there is absolutely no smoking or the use of e- cigarettes or illegal drugs in or on the Premises of our home. LAUNDRY SERVICES : We do not have shared washer and dryer but I can refer you to an excellent service which picks up your laundry then drops it back off at your door. Their rates are very reasonable and they do a great job. In may cases it is same day service. please let me know if you are in need of this service REMOTES Please be sure TV remote and room key are left on bedside table. -$40.00 fee for lost key -$ 50.00 fee for lost TV remote BATHROOM : Please check to make sure items are available upon check in to avoid extra cost to guests. - 4 towels total - 4 hand towels total - 4 wash cloths total $20.00 fee for each missing item. Please do not use towels, hand towels or wash cloths to clean up spill, remove make up or blood. We have provided make up removal wipes and paper towels for your use. If any extra supplies are needed, please notify me. We ask that you place all used towels, wash cloths and hand towels in bathtub before check out. In the bathroom, we keep extra cleaning supplies, makeup wipes, Q-tips, shampoo & conditioner, liquid soap, extra towels, wash clothes, hand towels, blow dryer, bandaid's, sunscreen and much more. TRASH: At check out, place all trash in a large trash bag, located in the top of closet in the kitchenette. Place tied trash bag outside your bedroom door. We will discard of the trash. If during your stay you would like to discard of trash, just place what you have outside the bedroom door in a trash bag and we will take care of it as well BEDROOM: To avoid charges, please make sure room key and TV remote are returned and placed on bedside table. There is NO NEED TO MAKE OR STRIP BED. After each guest we completely wash sheets, blankets and pillows and disinfect the bed. In the room. It is easier to find and treat stains ahead of time before washing. GUESTS AND VISITORS: For the safety of our family, we ask that no outside visitors or guests other then those who are on the reservations at time of booking are allowed in the home. We ask that you do not give out the entry code to anyone other then those on the reservations. We book guests outside a 25 mile radius of Temple Texas and over the ages of 25, unless prior approval. Please notify us if these rules apply, in order for us to possibly accept your reservation. SPILLS ON FLOOR OR BEDDING : While we do understand accidents happen and guests may spill food or liquids on bedding or rug. We ask that you message us immediately in order for us to clean as soon as possible. If you wait until check out, it is possible we can not get it cleaned and will not be able to get the stains out. In this case, you may be charged an extra fee. If we are made aware of the spills ahead of time there will be no fee regardless. Please make us aware of spills as soon as it happens. We also provide cleaners if you would rather clean spills or contact me to clean it up ISSUES : Any issues that may arise during your stay. Please feel free to message me with concerns.
