Our place is on the east side, close to Woodland Mound park, restaurants and dining. It is a private 2 bdrm furnished in-law suite under our home - but above ground! Private entrance, 1,400 sq ft. Great views, quiet setting, only 18 min. from downtown Cincinnati. My place is good for medical students doing internships, solo adventurers, business travelers, students in residency. Can handle 2 people but prefer 1 - parking would be tight with two but can be accomplished. The space We call it our treehouse - it has a large wraparound deck to enjoy the outdoors. It sits up high into the trees - above ground - hence the name. The setting is peaceful and quiet - rural. Yet is is close to downtown, and to Beechmont Ave. - Anderson Township, Pierce Township, Amelia, OH, Cherry Grove, Withamsville, and Eastgate Mall areas are within 10 minutes We have an outdoor security system with a camera at each door. We have NO INDOOR CAMERAS. Guest access Guests will have the entire lower level - liv rm, din rm, kitchen, bath, and 2 bdrms. Approx 1,400 sq ft of living area. We prefer a longer term renter - 1-4 months. Are you in town visiting relatives for an extended stay? Or... in town conducting business, or a visiting nurse or other medical person who needs an extended stay? If so - contact us. You have your own private entrance - the only thing we share is the laundry room. The living/dining rooms is one large room. The master bedroom is large and has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom is smaller with a single bed. We do prefer someone who works out in the community and not at home. We are home a fair amount AND we occasionally have our kids/grandkids over and would not want to disturb you while you work. Other things to note Prefer long-term renter - 1 -4 months... will consider longer than 4 months depending on the circumstances. We prefer one car in our driveway as space is limited, but will consider two. Since this rental is longer term - we provide sheet sets/bath towels, but you are responsible for buying your own food and toiletries. As I mentioned we are in a rural setting, but 5 minutes from a very busy area called Anderson Township. Our home has cistern water - not city sewer/water. Rain comes into our cistern, and goes through 4 filtration systems before coming out our faucet. It is all county approved. Some people do not like the taste and buy their own bottles of water. I myself drink it, my husband does not.
