One-bedroom (2 Twin Beds or 1 Queen Bed) in a 4 BHK luxury fully-furnished & spaciously designed Serviced Apartment measuring 2200 sft situated on Kasturba Road/Lavelle Road off MG Road in CBD Area. The tariff quoted is for 1 Guest & the room can accommodate 2 additional Guests at Rs. 400 per head per day. Children below 12 stay free. Extra Mattresses will be provided. All the facilities, services, amenities & appliances mentioned are included in the cost. The space The room would be allotted in any of our 6 apartments situated over 5 floors (top-most) which can be accessed both by staircase & elevator (lift). These apartments are located in a gated residential apartment complex which houses a total of 105 apartments constructed on a plot area of 90,000 sft and comprising a neighborhood of families & other Guest houses of high profile & status. The Bedroom measures about 210-300 square feet. It has 2 Twin Beds or 1 Queen Bed with cushiony 8” mattress plus fresh linens and a private attached bathroom serviced with 24*7 hot/cold water & toiletries. It is also equipped with AC, Wardrobe, Luggage rack, Study table & LED TV for the exclusive use of the Guest. The Guest can also access the Common areas in the apartment such as Hall, Kitchen, Dining area, Balconies, Utility space, etc., each measuring between 200 to 600 sft that are equipped with Lounge sofas, Dining table, LED TV, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Induction cook-top, Microwave, Electric kettle, Toaster, Sandwich maker, Crockeries, Cutleries, Cookwares, etc. with other Guests in the apartment. The Rooms & the Apartments are available & suitable for all categories of Guests including Corporate Executives, Families, Bachelors, Spinsters, Students, Senior Citizens, Tourists, nationalities, Groups (wedding parties/conference delegates), and can also be used as Guest houses, PGs, Co-living, etc. Unmarried couples will not be allowed in the same room or apartment. The facilities, services, amenities & appliances (FSAA list) include Common area maintenance, Luggage drop, Parking space, Driver sleep/bath facility, Security, CCTV, Intercom, Safe, Power supply, Inverter Power back-up, Housekeeping items/liquids, Laundry detergents, free WIFI, Cable TV, Hair Dryer, Newspapers, First Aid-kit, Wheelchairs, Cooking ingredients, spices, sauces, etc. on complimentary basis. We also provide Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Pick-up, Drop, Local conveyance, etc on chargeable basis at cost. We have a Supervisor/Housekeeping staff available 24*7 in the apartment/complex for check-in/check-out formalities including handing over the keys on arrival & for other emergency services. The Housekeeping staff is also available from 8am to 8pm for room service and also any assistance & help for the preparation of tea, coffee, snacks, food, housekeeping, washing & ironing clothes or buying some items from the nearby grocery store.
