St Andrews golf course is around the corner, so is The Base. The Stadium, CBD and Gardens not much further. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the kids can ride bikes, skateboard or scoot around. And out the back there's a trampoline/swings to keep them entertained while you relax in the covered BBQ area.
