Park Valley Retreat

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, lot, only 100 yards from McCarty Park and only 3 miles from Fool Hollow lake, this little cottage is a nice retreat from the valley heat. Close to everything , it is located near where the 60 and the 260 meet. The two bedrooms are large with a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other. I have 2 fold out mattress pads for kids. No pets please. The house has 3 portable window AC units. The space The house sits on the back of the lot and is rather private and quiet. The back porch looks out into the trees. Guest access The lot is pie shaped but there is plenty of parking. You could park 4 cars easily on the property. I have had more when my kids visit.
