Located 1 mile from the Greenbrier River Trail and 27 miles from Snowshoe Mountain Resort. This family home was completely remodeled in 2012 with plenty of space for mountain bikes or ski gear. Large level yard for kids and dogs to play. Hunters, fishermen, hikers, bikers & skiers welcome. Bring your list of outdoor adventures and stay with us in Nature's Mountain Playground. The space Entire house for your stay. *Fast WIFI *Complimentary snacks and bottled water for guests during every stay. *Guests only need to bring your personal items and food to stay. All daily amenities are at the house just like you're at home! *First level has all amenities having a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs is a loft type 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds. *Tile throughout first floor with radiant floor heat provided from the boiler for winter. Very warm all winter. *Multiple window A/C units in house with fans on porches to keep cool during summer. *55" SMART TV in living room with DVD player and lots of family friendly DVDs. *Gas Grill on deck with utensils. *Kids games, books, and DVDs in the house. I have a pack-n-play and other baby/toddler items available on request. *Dogs are allowed in entire house with food and water bowls, treats, balls, and toys for use by guests. Crate and other dog items are available on request. Any other pets please message me for approval. *Large, enclosed front and back porches with wooden deck in the back overlooking the level open yard with mountain views. *Enjoy your evenings around the wood burning fire pit with chairs in the backyard with wood, kindling, newspapers, and lighter all provided at the house. Guest access Guests' self-check-in with key lockbox attached to front door with provided code given on check-in date. Large parking area for all guests' vehicles. Streetlight and path lights at front of house. Bring your horses to graze in the yard or throw a ball to your dogs. Plenty of room for trailers, let us know so we can get you parked safely. No direct access to river from house. Other things to note Please remember that you are staying in a house in a residential neighborhood, not a hotel. This is our multi-generational home that was built in 1957, this house has many cherished memories. We have worked hard to make this house a home for you to enjoy.
