Cherry Blossom Home stay is a 2BHK house on the first floor with private entrance, at city center in the commercial belt. Air conditioned Rooms with attached bath and fully equipped kitchen. From here You will be be close to everything. Restaurants, shops, rock beach, ashram, temples, church, railway station, bus stand and all happening places are withing 1 to 2 km and are easily accessible by a short walk/auto/ rented bikes. Your stay will be a pleasant one with complete privacy and safety. The space Access to the 1st floor accommodation is only through staircase. Room 1 is a bigger room , comes with a King size wooden cot with silk cotton mattress to sleep 2 to 3 members and 2 Wooden separate single cots (foam mattress) to accommodate 1 person in each cot. 1.5 ton split air conditioner, a wardrobe cum cupboard for storage and a small dressing/ work table with dedicated focus lamp and power socket are available. Door inside the room opens to a big balcony facing the road. Chairs and tables are available in the balcony to relax and chat. A compact wash room (Bath cum Toilet) with geyser located in one corner of the balcony. This room comes with 2 windows and can be opened if needed to allow fresh air and natural light. Room 2 is a Standard sized room, comes with a Queen size fancy steel cot with a silk cotton mattress to sleep 2 pax. Room is fitted with a 1.5 ton window air conditioner, a wardrobe cum cupboard for storage and a small dressing/ work table with dedicated focus lamp and power socket are available. A compact washroom ( Bath cum toilet) with geyser is attached to this room. Small collection of books are also present in the shelf. This room comes with 2 windows and can be opened if needed to allow fresh air and natural light. Living Area/ Hall comes with a 3 seater antique wooden sofa with cushion and 2 separate diwan cots made of cane with coir and foam mattress. 2 persons can sleep, one in each diwan cot. If joined together, even 3 person can sleep. 40inch non smart LED TV with cable connection is available. Living area also has a wall shelf with small collection of books. Kitchen is fully equipped and guests can use it to cook their own food, tea/ coffee etc. Comes with Gas stove, Microwave Oven, Refrigerator, toaster, Coffee percolator, Mixer, Rice Cooker and all basic utensils and Cutlery. Dedicated RO water system is available to provide drinking water. A 4 seater Dining table is located in one corner of the kitchen. A door from kitchen opens to the space where a Front load washing machine is present. A common bathroom and 2 separate Toilets ( 1 Indian and 1 western) are also available in this house, exclusively for the guests. Guest access Entire house Other things to note Free On Street parking only. Guests to manage Parking on their own. Please note, this is a commercial area with shops on both sides of the street. So, finding parking space for the car close to the property may be a challenge sometimes. But can always find some space somewhere in the same street, towards the other end. Alternately, Can also consider Municipality managed paid parking located on the third parallel street from here.
