Wonderful two-story house in Benaocaz, a beautiful village in the Sierra de Cádiz. Downstairs, it has a living/dining room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, and air conditioning. The upper floor has a large bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm and a built-in wardrobe, another cozy bedroom with 1 bed of 1.35 cm and 1 bathroom with shower plate, it does not have air conditioning. Upstairs there is also a magnificent terrace with beautiful views of the mountains. The space Vistas de Benaocaz is a townhouse ideal for families or couples. It's a very cheerful and bright house. Located on a very quiet street with mountain views. The ground floor is open-plan and has a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a chaise longue sofa, a coffee table and a 43-inch smart TV, plus a wrought iron coat rack at the entrance. The dining room is next to the fireplace and has a large table for 6 diners. The kitchen has a four-burner ceramic hob and has pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, cups... all very new. It has a microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, blender and coffee maker. The ground floor has air conditioning, with a hot/cold system. Going up a very nice spiral staircase are the bedrooms. The main one has two 90 cm single beds, as well as air conditioning, with a cold/heat system, two bedside tables with lamps, a built-in wardrobe with drawers and several hangers to hang clothes, as well as an armchair next to a shelf and a floor lamp. It has two windows, one facing south and the other facing north so it has light all day, the two windows have magnificent views, this bedroom has air conditioning, cold, heat. The other bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the mountain, and has a double bed of 1.35 and a nightstand with a lamp. It has a thermal emitter in winter and a fan in summer. The bathroom has a shower plate and a forged shelf. Upstairs there is an ideal terrace with a carpet, two high stools and a table, from which you can enjoy wonderful views. Other things to note We are a couple with two young children aged 9 and 8 who are in love with the Sierra de Grazalema and the town of Benaocaz. We want to share our apartment and for our guests to enjoy nature and the tranquility of this little corner as much as we do.
