Our luxury 3 bed-roomed Villa is set in a beautiful location in Rotonda West with the Rotonda River to the rear (South) and a canal running along the west side. The Pool and lanai are South west facing. The Villa is over 2400 square feet of living space with a large Master Bedroom and En-suite to one side with a further 2 double bedrooms and family bathroom to the opposite side giving total privacy. The space There is a large kitchen which is fully equipped with everything that you should require , including Cooker,Microwave,American Style Fridge Freezer,Dishwasher and waste disposal. There is a separate utility room with,Sink,Washer,Drier,Iron and Ironing Board The Villa was built as our home away from home and reflects this in the decor and furnishings. Outside the lanai has a large table for alfresco dining and plenty of space for sunbathing around the pool, there is also a gas BBQ and outside light for those evenings outdoors. This area is also supported by an outside bathroom thus avoiding wet feet inside. The double garage has parking for 1 guests vehicle accessed by the remote controlled garage door.
