Welcome to the Purple Cactus Casita! Located in the beautiful town of Yucca Valley only 10 minutes from downtown Joshua Tree! This private and cozy casita sits at the back of a large property, well behind the main house. It offers a private entrance and patio for enjoying your morning coffee, a fire pit and is surrounded by beautiful views of the mature desert landscape in a quiet neighborhood. The Purple Cactus Casita is the great space for two guests. There's a nice living room area, indoor dining table, nice size kitchen and a cozy bedroom with Queen sized bed. Please note: There is a full en suite bathroom, but because of size constraints, there is an accordion door to both the bedroom and the bathroom. Some guests might not find this as private as they would like. We have a mini-split in the living room that keeps the house cool. There isn't a mini split in the bedroom but there is a ceiling fan and a tower fan which helps bring cool air in from the rest of the house. You will pull into the driveway, open the gate, pass the main house and then pull up next to the casita. We're available if you need anything during your stay. The Purple Cactus Casita is located in Yucca Valley, in a quiet neighborhood. It's central to all the area has to offer, it's 10 minutes from the Joshua Tree National Park Visitors Center and 5 minutes to Old Town Yucca Valley. You will want to have a car. There are no dirt roads to worry about. And there's plenty of parking. - Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $75 pet fee, paid at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house (unless crated) or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste. - Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am. - Please review our cancellation policy closely. If you’re worried about the possibility that you may need to cancel after the refund period is closed we highly recommend adding travel insurance to your booking.
